The Exercise Coach in Ohio Beechview Estates is seeking a motivated fitness coach to lead one-on-one and small-group sessions in the early morning. No degree or certification required, but a passion for helping clients reach fitness goals and strong customer service are essential.

You will deliver high-energy workouts on advanced strength equipment, schedule clients, and foster a culture of teamwork, support, and continual development.

Qualifications

• A passion for helping individuals reach their fitness goals.
• High levels of customer service and compassion.
• Strong knowledge in health, wellness, and nutrition.
• Ability to accommodate for injuries and limitations when coaching Small Group Training sessions.
• Desire to be part of a culture that radiates teamwork, support, positive attitude and continual development.

Responsibilities

• Run one on one and small group sessions early in the morning.
• Provide outstanding service which results in clients achieving their goals and returning week after week.
• Client scheduling and communication.
• Bring genuine enthusiasm to every client interaction.
