M&D Transportation, LLC is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious driver to transport wholesale goods between distribution centers and customer locations. This role requires a professional driver with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance, safety, and punctuality.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, with competitive compensation and benefits. Schedule: Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays; shift begins at 4:00am. Equal opportunity employer and commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years or older
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a delivery driver
• In-depth knowledge of Federal and State motor vehicle regulations, safety protocols, and commercial vehicle operation
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required

Responsabilités

• Safely operate company-owned vehicles to transport wholesale goods on designated routes.
• Ensure all loads are secured and handled with care to prevent damage and maintain product integrity.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Adhere to all Federal and State motor vehicle regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of driving hours, deliveries, vehicle inspections, and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics personnel regarding delivery status, delays, or operational concerns.
• Assist with minor vehicle troubleshooting and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure compliance with temperature-controlled transport requirements when applicable.
