Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet members and guests, drive a positive experience, and support member services at the front desk. The role involves answering questions, scheduling tours, assisting with sign-ups, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

You will report to the Club Manager, work a flexible schedule as a full time/part time non-supervisor role, and provide friendly, responsive service to members and prospective members.

Job Summary

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks:

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
