Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a full-time merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain freshness in local stores around Sacramento. The role involves moving products from backrooms to floors, building displays, and supporting seasonal promotions.

You will partner with store teams, communicate needs, and use handheld tools to record orders and daily activity. Training is provided and health/lifestyle benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations.
• Drive to various geographic locations within assigned shift.
• May require work on holidays.
• Lift, load, push and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly.
• Bend, reach and squat as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness and stock.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor and organize stock.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
