Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a part-time Baker to join The Goat team in Nashville/Brier Creek/Pflugerville/Columbus style outlets. You will bake bread, pastries, and desserts, following recipes and production schedules to support daily restaurant operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of kitchen experience, can work early hours, and maintain high standards for quality, taste, and presentation while keeping baking areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen service experience.
• Ability to work early hours.
• Ability to stand long hours and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, desserts according to recipes and production schedules.
• Measure, mix, and scale ingredients accurately.
• Operate ovens, mixers, proofers safely.
• Monitor product quality and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and restocking of baked goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking and prep areas.
