Qualifications

• Previous baking, pastry, or professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, measurements, and equipment.
• Ability to accurately follow recipes and production schedules.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breakfast pastries, breads, muffins, biscuits, scones, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
• Plan and execute daily baking production based on anticipated business levels and par levels.
• Monitor inventory, communicate ordering needs, and minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized baking station and properly label/store ingredients.
• Operate and maintain ovens, mixers, refrigeration and other baking equipment.
• Follow all company food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
