Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early shifts (as early as 3AM) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check where required by location.
• A current, valid driver’s license is preferred at some locations.
• Tip eligibility may vary by state and location.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure availability each shift.
• Assist guests with order taking and food preparation while maintaining quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and support a friendly guest experience.
• Contribute to teamwork and share responsibilities during busy periods.
