Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Plymouth, MI is seeking a friendly Baker to join our morning team. You’ll start early (as early as 3AM), stock the bagel wall, assist with pastries, and help deliver great guest experiences with a smile.

You’ll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced shop, enjoy competitive pay with tips, and benefits including PTO and an employee assistance program. No evenings or nights required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product.
• Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking and sandwich making.
• Keep a safe and clean store environment.
• Support the store in delivering a friendly guest experience and maintain product quality.
