Job summary

Think Academy is seeking an English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher for our Cupertino, CA campus. This part-time role supports preschool and early-elementary students, delivering engaging ELA and early-literacy instruction to ages 3–6.

Weekend availability is required, with a flexible 20–30 hour per week schedule. You will collaborate with parents and campus staff to track progress and provide feedback, while maintaining a warm, interactive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and confidence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, English, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience teaching English or early literacy to preschool, kindergarten, or lower-elementary students.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work on weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Excellent classroom-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate English and early-literacy lessons to students ages 3–6.
• Teach phonics, vocabulary, storytelling, reading comprehension, and foundational writing skills.
• Use songs, games, movement, and hands-on activities to create an interactive learning experience.
• Adapt instructional methods and materials to meet students’ developmental needs and learning styles.
• Prepare lesson materials and complete other teaching-related responsibilities as assigned.
