Ampact's Early Learning Corps is seeking an Early Learning Tutor to work in a pre-kindergarten classroom in Miami, helping students build early literacy and math skills. You will deliver proven activities, coach, and support students with daily learning activities in collaboration with a teacher.

Role emphasizes on-site coaching, progress tracking, and ongoing growth through training. Part-time schedules are available in addition to full-time positions, with a focus on creating a positive early

Qualifications

• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• Dependable and have a history of good attendance.
• Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online).
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
• Able to successfully complete a background check.

Join Early Learning Corps as an Early Learning Tutor and you’ll spend your days in a pre-kindergarten classroom to help students build skills and confidence. We’ll train you to deliver proven activities and coach you every step of the way!

How does it work? Partnering with a teacher, you’ll help enhance learning. Whether talking, reading, writing, singing, or playing with students, you’ll be helping them to build early literacy and math skills.

With the extra attention and support, you'll make an incredible impact and help ignite a love of learning!

Schedule

We are currently hiring for the 2026-27 school year.Positions run August 2026-June 2027.

• 35 hours per week (less in weeks with holidays or school release days)
• Daytime hours (correspond with school start and end times)
• Monday - Friday (no weekends)
• Time off on holidays and school release days

Part-time positions are also available at 25 or 18 hours per week!
