Early Learning Corps, powered by Ampact, seeks an Early Learning Tutor to work in a pre-kindergarten classroom in Minnesota. You will deliver proven activities, coach students in literacy and math, and track progress with support from an on-site coach.

The role emphasizes dependability, following instructions, and strong English communication. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow professionally through coaching and education awards.

Position Summary

Ninety percent of a child's brain development happens before the age of 5, and we're on a mission to help our youngest learners start strong!

Join Early Learning Corps as an Early Learning Tutor and you'll spend your days in a pre-kindergarten classroom to help students build skills and confidence. We'll train you to deliver proven activities and coach you every step of the way!

How does it work? Partnering with a teacher, you'll help enhance learning. Whether talking, reading, writing, singing, or playing with students, you'll be helping them to build early literacy and math skills.With the extra attention and support, you'll make an incredible impact and help ignite a love of learning!

Schedule

We are currently hiring for the 2026-27 school year.Positions run August 2026-June 2027.

• 35 hours per week (less in weeks with holidays or school release days)
• Daytime hours (correspond with school start and end times)Monday - Friday (no weekends)
• Time off on holidays and school release days

Part-time positions are also available at 25 hours per week!
