Qualified candidates hold appropriate education hours or credentials as specified by DCFS; experience in child development is highly valued and the center has Illinois Gold Circle of Quality designation.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Educational/experience requirements for infant/toddler or school-age care per Illinois DCFS standards.
• Credentialing programs approved by the DCFS.
