Qualifications

• Must meet Virginia childcare employment requirements.
• Must pass required background checks.
• Prior childcare experience is a plus, but reliability, attitude, and willingness to learn are very important.
• CPR/First Aid preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support lead teachers with classroom routines and activities.
• Help children with meals and daily care.
• Maintain active supervision and safety awareness.
• Encourage positive behavior with calm guidance.
• Keep classrooms clean and organized.
