Job summary

YMCA of Greater Louisville is seeking staff for Kids Club to care for infants, toddlers and school-age children, creating a welcoming atmosphere, greeting members by name, and supporting a safe, clean center.

You will lead age-appropriate activities, participate in trainings, attend staff meetings, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues in a people-centered, service-oriented environment.

Spending time outdoors is also a requirement.
