Job summary

Clever Bee Academy is seeking a Program Coordinator to support high-quality programming across our centers. This role emphasizes coordination, communication, and strengthening early learning environments, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

You’ll work with center leadership, teachers, and families to ensure programs run smoothly, remain compliant, and continuously improve. This position requires a Bachelor’s in ECE and CPL 3+ with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (child development, special education, elementary education, or human services with 30 ECE credits).
• CPL 3 and up is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education or program coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement center programs to ensure quality and licensing compliance.
• Collaborate with center leadership and classroom teams on program planning and daily workflows.
• Serve as a communication link between staff, families, and leadership to ensure follow-through.
• Support documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping for programming and quality initiatives.
• Assist with policy, process, and curriculum initiatives to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor program needs, identify issues, and assist with problem-solving for staff and children.
• Support ongoing improvement across classrooms and programs.
