Job summary

Easterseals of Chicagoland and Greater Rockford seeks an Instructional Coordinator – Directly Operated Site to lead Early Learning Services at the Hickory Hills location. You will coach classroom staff, monitor quality, and ensure integration of disability services and mental health supports.

Working with site directors, families, and partners, you will implement screens, referrals, and IEP/IFSP processes, align with Head Start standards, and supervise the Instructional Coach and Classroom

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following or related field with required coursework.
• 3+ years of early childhood classroom experience.
• Experience with children with disabilities and behavioral concerns.
• 2+ years of administrative, supervisory, or coaching experience.
• Head Start/Early Head Start experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to classroom staff on lesson planning and instruction.
• Deliver disability and social-emotional training to staff, teachers, and parents.
• Coordinate screenings, referrals, and IEP/IFSP implementation.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure integrated services and trauma-informed practice.
• Supervise Instructional Coach and Classroom Support Specialists.
• Travel to Easterseals locations as needed.
