Job summary

Metropolitan Family Service is seeking a Ready, Set, Go! Program Associate to support day-to-day operations at Cherry Park Elementary School. You will assist with Parent-Child groups, parenting classes in English and Spanish, and co-create engaging activities with the Program Coordinator.

A focus on wellness, safety, and data entry in ETO is essential. Your role includes coordinating volunteers, liaising with school staff, and ensuring smooth classroom routines while upholding the RSG philosophy

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year working with children and families in early childhood education, social service, or parenting education.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in a language in addition to English is required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of classroom health and safety standards and resource/referral services.
• Experience in public schools or early learning communities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Parent-Child Interaction Groups, including setup and cleanup.
• Assist planning and co-creating activities with the Program Coordinator.
• Support programming with health and wellness focus and physical activity classes.
• Coordinate scheduling of classes, assessments, and events.
• Maintain a high-quality learning environment and document program data in ETO.
