Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate in ECE or related field and credentials.
• Emergent literacy expertise for VPK instructors.
• Experience implementing state standards in preschool settings.
• First Aid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with guidelines.
• Establish rapport with students, staff and parents.
• Plan instruction and differentiate to meet needs.
• Maintain accurate student records and progress.
• Coordinate classroom activities and field trips as needed.
• Support ongoing curriculum development and materials selection.
