Responsibilities

• Work closely with early learners (preschool–3rd grade).
• Guide students with worksheets, reading, and number recognition.
• Support proper pencil grip and letter/number formation.
• Encourage focus, independence, and confidence.
• Assist with classroom organization and student flow.
