Job summary

BK Behavior is actively seeking RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with autism across the USA. The role offers flexible scheduling, part-time opportunities, and wages paid on a same-day basis, with training provided.

Work from home anywhere in the USA or provide in-person care in service states. You’ll join a supportive clinical team that provides CEUs, mentorship, and rapid scheduling support as you grow in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
