Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to support the development of children with autism through behavioral and developmental strategies. You will provide individualized care to children aged 2-6, under guidance from the clinical team, with a focus on laying foundations for growth and learning.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; RBT certification BACB attestation preferred.
Experience or interest in working with children from diverse backgrounds.
Degree program or degree preferred.
Willing to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2-6.
Implement care plans under clinical supervision to support growth.
Build relationships with families of children.
