Job summary

Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking an Early Intervention therapist in Berks County, PA. This part-time, pay-per-visit role involves working with children from birth to age three and coaching families in their natural settings, either in person or virtually.

You will build a patient caseload while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for mentorship and growth within Ivy Health’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the listed child-focused majors.
• Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and care quality.
• Completed fellowship year and CCN certification.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children from birth to age three and their families.
• Use coaching model to empower parents to provide supports and techniques.
• Provide services in the child’s natural setting (home, daycare, etc.).
