Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to support the development of children with autism through behavioral and developmental strategies.

You will work with children aged 2-6, implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while partnering with families to foster progress. This role offers hourly pay with quarterly raises, plus benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (as verified by resume/application or BACB attestation for RBT).
• Interest in and experience working with children; diverse backgrounds considered.
• Preference for candidates currently in a degree program or holding a degree.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Must have reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality essential.
• Must meet physical requirements: sit/stand frequently, lift up to 50 lbs, move and run as needed to assist clients.

Soar Autism Center is hiring for an Early Intervention Specialist to be part of our transformative team dedicated to fostering the development of children with autism. As a care provider at our center, you will apply behavioral and developmental strategies to assist in our children’s development. In turn, you will teach skills that provide a critical foundation for a child's growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive one-on-one care and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2-6, emphasizing a nurturing and encouraging environment
• Implement care plans under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they are suitable for the learning and growth of children
• Build relationships with children's families

What The Job Is Like

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent, is required (as verified by resume, application, or BACB attestation for RBT certification)

• Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center. Punctuality is essential
• Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client
