Nyman Associates is hiring an Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist (SLP or CF) to support preschoolers with speech and language needs across EI settings. The role offers mentorship, professional development, and a stable W2 position with extensive benefits.

Clinical fellows receive dedicated mentors and guidance from experienced leads, while therapists build flexible caseloads and access ready-to-use materials and protocols to support communication development in young children.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in communication disorders (MA/MS) recognized by ASHA/state board.
• Current license/registration in the practicing state.
• Pennsylvania Department of Education Certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for speech and language disorders in preschool-aged children (ages 3-5).
• Deliver services in natural environments (home, daycare, preschool, EI classrooms).
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and professionals to develop individualized intervention plans.
• Support children's growth in academic and social settings.

Education

MA/MS in communication disorders (ASHA-recognized)

State license/registration

Pennsylvania Department of Education Certification (if applicable)
