Job summary

Thrive By 5 is seeking strong Occupational Therapists to perform early intervention evaluations for children birth-3 years in New York City, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island.

The position emphasizes family-centered practice, documentation accordingly, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s development in their natural environment.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• NYS License in Occupational Therapy required.
• Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with the clinical team and related service providers.

Responsibilities

• Utilize DOH approved, age appropriate testing tools to evaluate infants/toddlers referred to EI.
• Provide a written report and other documentation required by the EI program.
• Collaborate with other evaluators to support the multidisciplinary evaluation process.
• Additional duties as assigned.
