Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides targeted, evidence-based assessment and intervention within early intervention services.
• Participates in multidisciplinary meetings to review results and develop treatment plans.
• Monitors and reassesses nursing interventions and adjusts as needed.
• Teaches and supports families to implement health maintenance and safety skills.
• Maintains documentation and participates in ongoing professional development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
