Qualifications

• Education/ Certification: High school diploma or equivalent. CDA preferred.
• Experience/ Knowledge: Prefer at least one year in classroom with developmentally at-risk children or equivalent.
• Skills/ Abilities: Communicate effectively with diverse people and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to develop cognitive, social-emotional and motor skills.
• Create an exciting and challenging daily learning experience for children with special needs.
• Collaborate with therapists and staff to support individualized plans.
