Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Kansas seeks dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. You will join a caring clinical team and help implement individualized skill-building plans.

Responsibilities include recording data, supporting families, and delivering evidence-based ABA interventions. A 40-hour RBT course is required, with Part-time scheduling and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
