An established industry player is looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians to join their Early Intervention team in Massachusetts. Key Autism Services is excited to expand our Early Intervention (EI) team in Massachusetts! We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) who love working with young children and are passionate about making a difference during their critical early years. As a BT, you will implement individualized ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA, working directly with children aged 0–3 in their homes and natural environments. You’ll play a vital role in building foundational skills and helping our youngest learners thrive.
Job Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of a BCBA, the Early Intervention BT will:
Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy
Support developmental milestones and early learning goals
Collect and record data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions
Engage children through play-based, natural environment teaching strategies
Communicate effectively with families and the EI team to support progress

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or at least 60 college credits OR active RBT
· Experience or passion for working with children aged 5 and under
· Strong communication skills and a positive, playful demeanor
· Ability to lift 30 lbs and actively engage with children
· RBT certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain with Key’s support)
