• Excellent customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests in an elegant dining room.
• Take, place and serve food and beverage orders accurately as requested.
• Assist with special requests whenever possible.
• Monitor the salad bar to ensure proper supply and temperature.
• Clear tables, deliver soiled items for cleaning, and reset tables.
