Job summary

Excel Creative Early Learning is seeking qualified teachers in Wilmington, NC to join our Early Learning Academies team. You’ll help shape young children’s development using an emergent curriculum designed around each child’s interests.

We offer a 7:30am-4:30pm schedule, paid professional development, generous childcare discounts, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k. Applicants must have 1 year experience and a CDA or Associate degree.

Pay Range

$45,865—$47,865 USD

What It Takes to Join Us

• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
