Growing Room is hiring an Early Head Start Teacher to educate and mold young minds in our unique schools. The role emphasizes safety, educational excellence, and family engagement while promoting from within and opportunities for growth.

The teacher will supervise infants and toddlers, implement developmental curricula, and ensure compliance with state licensing. A strong candidate will foster positive relationships, encourage self-help skills, and create a joyful learning atmosphere.

Qualifications

• CDA, TCC, AA in ECE, or BA in ECE or willingness to enroll within 18 months.
• Experience working with young children in a licensed setting is preferred.
• Ability to implement age-appropriate activities and ideas for development.

Credentials Required : 1 of the following

• CDA -Child Development Associate
• TCC - Technical Certificate of Credit
• AA in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
• Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
• Or Willingness to enroll in a program and complete it within 18 months
