The role focuses on infants and toddlers, building strong caregiver bonds, and supporting development through routine-centered, child-led activities. Qualificações

• Infant/Toddler CDA or equivalent
• Bachelor's or Associates in Early Childhood Education
• Bachelor's or Associates in any field and willing to obtain Emphasis on Infant and Toddler Development certificate (1–2 week training provided)

Responsabilidades

• Utilize indoor and outdoor environments to create rich learning opportunities for infants and toddlers.
• Support daily routines and individual development through intentional teaching.
• Create bonds of care and attention to help children learn and grow.
• Promote safety, inclusion, and engagement in classroom activities.

Infant/Toddler CDA

Bachelor's or Associates in Early Childhood Education
