  • Support individualized learning, including children with special needs, by integrating Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) into daily activities.
  • Track and document progress using observations, anecdotal notes, and digital tools to tailor instruction to each child’s needs.
  • Ensure health, safety, and wellness through daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and transitions.
Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Deeply committed to early childhood education and child development.
  • Caring, nurturing, and responsive to the needs of infants, toddlers, and families.
  • Flexible and collaborative, able to partner with co-teachers, families, and leadership.
  • Reflective and growth-minded, always seeking to improve outcomes for children.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus!
Minimum Qualifications
  • Infant/Toddler CDA, or an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent coursework with infant/toddler focus).
  • Pass a physical exam and background check.
  • Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with infants and toddlers throughout the day.
Why You’ll Love Working with Us
