Job summary

Job description

Overview

At Arkansas Early Learning (AEL) we serve vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families through Early Head Start and Head Start programs. As a Center Director, Teacher, Assistant Teacher or office personnel, you will help children and families thrive in a supportive, learning environment.

Responsibilities

As an Early Head Start Teacher, you will create rich learning experiences using indoor and outdoor spaces, develop and maintain daily routines, bond with infants and toddlers to support their development, and work collaboratively with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) certification required, or
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education required, or
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in any field with willingness to obtain an Emphasis in Infant and Toddler Development certificate (required). The certificate will be provided through a 1‑2‑week training course we offer.
