Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or associate-level coursework in infant/toddler development may be required.
• Experience or coursework in early childhood development is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally sensitive Early Head Start Home Visitation services to families with young children.
• Administer developmental assessments and screenings to monitor child health and development.
• Develop individualized family service plans and support goal attainment with families.
• Coordinate with program partners and community agencies to link families to resources and services.

Education

Associate's Degree in social work or early childhood development or related degree
