SCICAP Early Childhood Program in Chariton, Iowa, is seeking a compassionate Home Visitor to provide weekly home visits for families with young children. Office Location: Chariton, Iowa (serving families in Clarke, Decatur, Wayne, Lucas & Monroe counties)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, typically 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (must be flexible to meet the needs of the families; could include evening visits if needed)

The Early Head Start Home Visitor provides weekly home visits to families with children aged birth to three and expectant mothers. Home Visitors support the development of secure parent-child relationships, promote healthy child development, and work closely with families to identify goals and connect them to community resources.
