YMCA of Greater Seattle is hiring a part-time Early Education assistant at our West Seattle location. You will work alongside the Lead Teacher to implement developmentally appropriate activities and support children's growth in a supportive environment.
Applicants should be 18+, have experience with young children, and complete required trainings (STARS, TB/MMR) before or soon after hire. The role offers a wage range of $22–$25 per hour DOE and access to YMCA benefits.

We are looking to hire part-time staff at our West Seattle location. Shifts will be within our operating hours of Monday-Friday, 6:30am-6:00pm.
Hiring Range: $22.00- Maximum $25.00/hr DOE
All employees and volunteers are responsible for adhering to abuse prevention policies, maintaining appropriate boundaries, completing required training, reporting suspicious or inappropriate behavior, and complying with mandated reporting requirements. Responsible for ensuring staff are properly screened, trained, supervised and held accountable to the organization’s abuse risk management standards.
