Job summary

Bright Horizons Bethleham is seeking an Associate Teacher to support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in our centers. You will assist with hands-on activities and communicate daily milestones to families, helping to create a nurturing learning environment.

The role includes maintaining safety and cleanliness in the classroom, meeting state and company requirements, and supporting ongoing growth through education opportunities such as the Horizons CDA & Degree Program.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred.
• CDA, Associate or Bachelor's degree in early education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet children's needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Keep classrooms safe and clean by following procedures and guidelines.
