KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support children's learning and development in our classrooms. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe and nurturing environment, and build meaningful connections with children and their families.

You will collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals while ensuring a high standard of care. This role emphasizes safety, learning, and community.

Qualificações

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
