This on-site role requires outstanding customer service, strong organization, and the ability to multi-task. CPR/First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain; lifting up to 40 pounds; English communication

• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English communication with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum aligned to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children’s development and goals.
• Collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and community partners.
