KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a passionate Teacher to support early learners in our local center in Sterling Heights, MI. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and build strong connections with children and families.

You’ll collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and quality goals, and you’ll bring outstanding customer service, organization, and a commitment to child development. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications for the role or obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a manner that fits each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's development.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
