KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Teacher to implement our curriculum, create a safe and nurturing environment, and partner with families to support each child’s development.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to crouch/kneel to interact with children and engage in activities.
• English literacy for communication with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Implement curriculum tailored to each child’s needs.
• Provide a safe, nurturing play and learning environment.
• Partner with parents to support children’s development.
• Support center goals with staff and leadership in enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities and community partners.
