Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Meet or obtain state-specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum as needed for each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
