KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking teachers to implement our curriculum, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. You will partner with parents to provide the best care and education, while supporting center goals around enrollment and engagement.

You’ll build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners, making a meaningful impact every day.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
