Job summary

KinderCare is hiring teachers to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement the curriculum, foster a safe and engaging learning space, and collaborate with parents to provide high-quality care.

You will work with center staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals and build strong relationships with families and community partners. The role emphasizes safety, developmentally appropriate activities, and ongoing communication with families, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Fluent English communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support child education and care.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
