Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication with families.
• Ability to follow state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and engage with children indoors/outdoors.
• Comfort with reading, writing, and speaking English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and well-being.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Develop positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
