Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Teacher to deliver KinderCare's curriculum, create a safe, nurturing classroom, and connect with families to support children's growth. You will partner with parents and center staff to foster a love of learning and a positive early education experience.

You will collaborate with teachers and leaders to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals, while upholding high standards of care and safety for every child.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills required.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Must meet state qualifications or be willing to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that respects each child's unique needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support the center's success by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
