Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and support to families.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership toward enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, colleagues, and licensing authorities.
