Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills required.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to communicate with children and parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that supports each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
